Six years ago, I was far from the empowered healer I am today. You could have found me a total wreck: put together on the outside but a ball of anxiety, pain, and unhealed trauma on the inside.

Living with my parents and working at a job that I loved but with no opportunity to grow, I felt stuck. At the time, I thought I could run from the trauma that I had buried so deep. I decided to escape it all by following a boy to Thailand who I was supposed to backpack with for 2 months. Little did I know, that trip would become my ticket to healing and self-discovery — except not in the way that it typically happens.

My trip to Thailand went like this: I got sick and ended up in a hospital, alone, scared, and heartbroken (because I got dumped). I had to cut my travels short, and I returned home to a Montreal winter feeling completely lost and shattered. My physical and mental health, relationships, and career all seemed to be falling apart.

In between panic attacks and interviewing for new jobs, I began focusing my attention inward, knowing I was being called to something greater. That's when Reiki entered my life. It led me to the root cause of traumas and helped me heal. I realized I couldn't keep running from my past — and the only way to move forward was to turn back and face it.

In that time, I healed from deep-seated trauma and sexual assault, allowing me to reconnect with my true self and reclaim my power. Through this journey, I discovered my voice, my sensuality, my wild feminine essence, and a community of like-minded individuals. Reiki held me in ways I never thought possible.

Since then, I've built a life I'm deeply proud of, full of love, sensuality, empowerment, and purpose. My mission is to help you do the same. Let's transform your wounds into wisdom and your challenges into empowerment.
